Our breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.. Please let us know if you would like to check out before breakfast. Should you check out before breakfast time, on request, we would be happy to provide you a boxed breakfast to take away.
The children’s playroom is located in the basement by the connecting corridors.

With the Guest Card you can use the Ostbuss (without side valleys) and the Rhaetian Railway (Kloster-Davos-Flisur route) free of charge.
In summer you will receive a discount on the mountain railroads if you show your guest card. The bus stops for both directions are directly in front of the hotel (bus stop Dischmastrasse). For timetables and further information, please contact reception.
The access to our WI-FI is free of charge.

You are welcome to leave your luggage in the luggage room at reception on the day of arrival and departure.
We have limited, free outdoor parking spaces and underground parking spaces available for a fee. The cost for the garage is CHF 25.00 per night. You can get a key at the reception.
Additional pillows are of course possible.
We also offer a small selection of pillows (subject to availability).

Restaurant
Our restaurant “Jarno” is open for you for lunch from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and in the evening from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Our bar is open from 3:00 pm.
Rooms
Your room is available on the day of your arrival from 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Please contact us if you have any further questions about your room.
Please leave your key at the reception desk on the day of your departure.
If you lose your room key, you will be charged CHF 150.00.
Between 08:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. you can order room service (hot meals during the opening hours of the restaurant Jarno / Brasserie 135 and Bar).
Please contact the reception who will connect you with the restaurant.
CHF 35.00 will be charged for each service.
For your convenience you can store your valuables in the safe deposit box in your room. You can obtain the key free of charge from the reception desk. The hotel management accepts no liability for valuables left in the room and will charge CHF 250.00 if the safe key is lost.
We change your sheets every 3 days. However, if you would like an extra change please contact reception (tel.: 414).

The ski room with waxing table is located in the basement of the main building. You can access it via the side entrance on Salzgäbastrasse. You can also leave your ski boots there. You can hang them up to dry in the dryer in the luggage room. You are welcome to leave your bikes there in summer.
You are in a NON-SMOKING hotel.
Please keep this in mind.
In case of non-compliance, the hotel has the right to charge a cleaning fee of CHF 300.00.
All toiletries are available in your room. If you are missing a product, please contact reception.
An umbrella is available in your room. Use is free during your stay. If you wish to buy an umbrella, it costs CHF 25.00.
Please inform the reception if you need the wake-up call service.
The swimming pool is open for you from 08:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The sauna is open as follows:
Winter season: from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m.;
Summer season: from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., please inform the reception half an hour in advance.
The wellness area and the swimming pool are not supervised. Children must be supervised by adults. The sauna is accessible from the age of 16.
